The Mercure Auckland is located in the heart of Auckland’s downtown waterfront area, overlooking the bustling city and spectacular Waitemata Harbour. Mercure Auckland has eight conference rooms. All of the eight conference rooms are located on the 1st floor of the hotel.

The conference rooms vary in size, accommodating up to 200 people. All rooms have individual air conditioning. Seven of the rooms have natural lighting and are equipped with wireless internet connectivity.

You can now book an informal set up including bean bags and floor cushions at the venue or a combo of informal and formal style (boardroom, U shape, classroom, cafe style)

Prices vary according to number of rooms, duration, size of room and additional requirements. Please enquire for details.

Catering:
A range of menu options are available at the Mercure and can be customised to suit your needs. Standard items for conferencing include:
Tea and Coffee on arrival: $4.50 per person
Morning Tea/Afternoon Tea: $8.50 per person
Conference Lunch: $30.00 per person

AV:
Projector and Screen: Included in the room hire price
White Board: Included in the price
Flip Chart and stand: 1 x included in the price.

Parking Options:
Valet parking is available on site - $20 per day or $40 for 24 hours. Alternatively there are a range of public parking spaces available near by and starts from $2 per hour.

Accommodation:
Accommodation at The Mercure Hotel starts from $119 per night, subject to availability at the time of booking.
